Sci-Fi Myriorama Magic – Mono Prints

Monday, 20th January

A myriorama is set of illustrated cards that can be arranged and re-arranged, forming different compositions. 

Step into a world of imagination and create your own sci-fi-inspired artwork! In this workshop, participants will use mono printing techniques to design intergalactic landscapes and fantastical scenes that can be rearranged. While focusing on storytelling, participants will explore the limitless possibilities of printmaking while crafting their own slice of science fiction magic.

Drypoint Self-Portraits

Tuesday, 21st January

Discover the art of portraiture through drypoint etching! In this workshop, participants will create self-portraits by scratching their designs into plastic drypoint plates and then printing them onto paper. With a focus on observation, participants will learn how to capture their own unique features and personality to create a one of a kind portrait.

Print Your Own T-shirt - Become a Designer

Wednesday, 22nd January

Step into the shoes of a designer and create your own custom t-shirt! In this workshop, artists will transform their ideas into bold, eye-catching designs. With guidance from Megalo printers, participants will develop their drawings and expose them onto a screen using the UV exposure unit. Participants will then print their designs onto their own t-shirts, learning skills that real designers use every day. By the end of the workshop, everyone will have their own custom t-shirt to wear proudly!
